Understanding the importance of teaching staff in education, most of the music instructors are highly experienced and hold performance-level diplomas or are students/graduates from university music departments, ensuring quality teaching staff. In the area of visual arts, most instructors hold diplomas from the Xu Beihong School of Art at Renmin University of China.
